One of the things we are most proud of here at the Edinburgh Larder (apart from the delicious food of course) is the connection we have to each of our amazing suppliers. This makes it even more of an honour when we get the opportunity to be more involved than just receiving amazing produce through the kitchen door each morning. We are delighted that Hamish from The Secret Herb Garden has asked us to cook for the Full Moon Dinner on August 29th. These dinners have become a bit of a legend and are so popular that there is often a waiting list come the day. Our chef will be decamping for the day and making great use of the beautiful and abundant produce grown right there in the gardens. What a treat for the chef and diners.
